This story can be used to open up ‘chatter time’ with your child about themselves and their family. You can help your child by talking to them about what makes them unique, family and family events or special times in their life. When talking to your child remember to provide them with plenty time to respond with their thoughts as this will help to build their conversational skills.

Our doors at Pre-School have closed for the time being due to the measures the government has put in place to tackle the Coronavirus. We will be providing you with plenty online educational websites for the early years over the coming weeks and providing you with as many fun learning through play ideas as we can. If there is anything specific that you would like additional support for please let us know.
We wish all all families well at this time and urge you all to continue... to follow the social distancing advice provided by the government at this time and continue to encourage your children to thoroughly wash their hands at regular intervals for at least 20 seconds with soap and water.
Thank you for being understanding and supportive and please enjoy this time with your child by providing time out to sit, listen and talk with them. Conversation is so important to them.
