CONSISTENCY > POWER - World N1 Fan Zhendong is doing some basic forehand drill. Without going into details, Fan is giving us here great training tips: Consistency is KEY! Before considering hitting the ball hard like him, just try to keep it on the table. There is no need for power and incredible spin...just keep the ball on the table. ;)

Here, Japanese player Koki Niwa teaches us something simple in TT : You don't have to hit the ball as hard as you can to get a point. There are MILLIONS of style : block, chop, spin variation, length variation, offensive close to the table, high ball players...so just have fun and discover your style :))))

The kid in blue is named Tomokazu Harimoto...he is 15 years old...and he is already among the top 10 players in the world. This kid is a MACHINE!!!!! Get ready ya'll because next week, we all train like him :p
