They have to pay staff to produce the paper, technology to send it out online, how could the paper possibly give the news away free. A few wee stories to whet our appetite would'nt go wrong though. Hint hint.lol.

In the past few months,the Intimations column has been a complete disaster, deaths amongst memorials,memorials mixed up ,no order to them,such as wife,husband,parents, first then children ,instead we,are seeing nephews nieces etc,first, then just maybe in the same column other family members,but more often than not,other FAM members are amongst a totally different,memorial for a different person.

These things are very important to ppl,and the Tele, takes a great deal of cash for these announcements,

Shows how pathetic your publication is when theres a major incident in Greenock but you have minimal details published when the likes of the daily record have video footage and have confirmed what actually happened at the scene. Worst newspaper out there with pretend "journalists" working for you. Absolute joke is what you are!

Biased and uninformative. Mostly stabbings and violence (should just put them all on the same page) with a few "choice" feel good stories. Letters from public used for political point scoring, not community good. "From the leaders chair" sheer propaganda rather than news from the council. Only good thing is trying to find Scoop on a Friday.
