Are you looking for somewhere to pitch up your caravan? We have 5 touring caravan pitches on site with electricity, mains water and waste water disposal. We also have a newly renovated toilet block with all mod cons. We hope to see you soon!

Greenburn Lodge was built in 2013 and offers a fantastic getaway on the outside of Kincardine O'Neil, one of Scotland's oldest villages. The Deeside Way is nearby offering walking and cycling right on your doorstep.
A short trip in the car and have a range of options available to you to explore Royal Deeside.
The lodge has a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area and an outside seating area. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating.

We stayed in a Wigwam recently with our two dogs. Very comfortable with lots of space and excellent toilets and showers. The nature trail and woodland walk is an added bonus. We will be back next year.

We stay on the CL site with our touring caravan and it's truly amazing the facilities that are available for the fee per night. Always very clean and well kept

We just love this little haven. Second visit this year and it was just as magical as our first.

We had the pleasure to spend 2 nights in wigwams on our holiday. It was just fab. Kids absolutely loved it. There is enough green space for kids to enjoy themselves and a stream/river which was a hit with my kids. The wigwam is well equipped and really comfy. The nature around and about is just breathtaking so plenty to do and the price is just cherry on top of the cake. It was our first time but definitely not the last😉

We had a weekend in one of green parks wigwams. Bit of a hidden gem! Booking was over the phone, very friendly and helpful. On arrival wigwam was clean and well presented with basic facilities and heating. Location was pleasant with the burn of canny running through the site. Site owners were very attentive but not intrusive during our stay. Very reasonably priced. Would maybe of liked a slightly better shower experience! But you get what you pay for!

Such a hidden little gem. Owner was very helpful when I phoned to enquire and then when I called back to book. Very peaceful with stunning scenery. We will definitely be back to stay again that’s for sure!

Stayed in a pod for one night , loved it , kids enjoyed in will be back again for a longer visit �

Stayed for one night in one of the pods. We loved it the pod was clean and well equipped and so peaceful and quiet. Spent the night sitting outside .

Recommended by friends we booked the West Lodge for our first visit to Scotland and we couldn't have been happier. Such cosy, clean, very well equipped accommodation with a lovely view. We loved our stay so much we didn't want to leave!

Myself and my son had the loveliest New Year here...it was stunningly beautiful and above all quiet. I brought the new year in sitting outside with a glass of wine under a huge moon, listening to the river and surrounded by frost. Perfect.

Lovely location. We arrived pretty spontaneously and we're welcomed warmly. Stayed in one of the new wigwams which was fab! Highly recommended!

Just lovely - people, place, price just lovely.

And the local bus driver was a gem

Just had a 3 night stay in the rustic cabin very basic but all you need .. the surroundings are stunning and the owner is very attentive always on the go and super friendly. The prices are really great too x hidden treasure xxxx

I stayed on the Caravan and Motorhome Club certificated 5 van site adjacent to the pods. Very good facilities and the surrounding grassy areas are well tended. A relaxing venue.

I can't recommend this place enough out in the middle of nowhere with no noise. Perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

Have stayed in Greenacre Lodge, West Lodge and East Lodge so many times over the years - keep coming back - love it!

Great location great accommodation my son loved it there and did not want to go home. We will definitely be going back again.
