Great building with an interesting story about how for a long period the single building was 2 separate churches. This is still an active Presbyterian Church today.

Without a doubt, the coolest cemetery/graveyard I've ever been to. Greyfriars is best when it's overcast or in light rain. The fanciful tombstones and mausoleums of black stone are stunningly spooky. Have a good wander to take in all the crevices and search for the tombstone of Tom Riddle which inspired J.K. Rowling to name Voldemort.

Amazing location and steeped in history.Worth while doing it during the day plus do a tour that takes you through it at night. Plenty of photos to be taken.

Absolutely my favorite location in Edinburgh. Quiet despite is in center of Edinburgh.

A lovely place with a lot to see lots of stories like the Covenanters prison and the poltergeist activity, plus you can see the inspiration for Harry Potter characters there is something for everyone and it's a nice place for lunch
