Grierson & Graham Honda

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Grierson and Graham for a good number of years from buying new cars to the annual service and MOT. Service is always 1st class and would happily use again and again.

Disgusting service and horrible journey, could not simply get a deal after spending a whole day of travel,sales rep was so confused in regards to the figures and deal..Lee the sales rep messed up my credit score and inputed figures incorrectly,diabolical experience got finance sorted myself by next day and the manager says car has been sold overnight, even after he promiised that if I can arrange alternative funding then I can go ahead, all was a bunch of lies, Shocking keep away unless you want to ruin your credit as thats what these guys specialise in, No care in the world, the manager shown no interest, promised a good deal but backed out..

Just bought my first used car from G&G and couldn't have had better service. The car was prepared to a high standard and Derek Wright was a pleasure to deal with.I would certainly recommend Grierson and Graham to friend and family.
