Oven clean was exceptional, kitchen clean poor, customer service dismal, failed to keep appointments, staff very personable when they do finally turn up.
Sort the customer service out and the kitchen clean then you would have a good business.

Poor Customer Service. I have bought a voucher for oven cleaning in the weekend and I didn't receive an answer for a month. after that I have been told that they cannot afford a person to carry it out during the weekend and to take it back to Groupon.
