The staff at the Birmingham store are friendly and informative and the reason I prefer to drive over an hour to the shop instead of using a local competitor.

That's where I bought my Marc Bolan tribute model. They sent me pics of actual guitar and price matched best price. One of my fave guitar porn sites ;)

Purchased 3 guitars in the last year with a warm friendly welcome from all staff at the Glasgow store. Staff very helpful on each of our visits and go out their way to make sure my son was fully comfortable with his choices helping him to decide which would suit his style of playing. Many thanks Glasgow GuitarGuitar 👌🏼

Ordered a Telecaster on Friday, got it this morning. Can't say fairer than that. They do what it says on the tin.

Only ever shopped at the Glasgow shop whilst on tour, just to pick up supplies, but the guys there have always been welcoming and friendly!

Magic place to get new toys. Great staff and great stock. Big thanks to Danny for sorting out my latest Taylor. It's amazing :)))

Just bought my Gibson signature t les paul what a guitar and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy and all the staff were super friendly and helpful oh and the guitar was £200 cheaper than anywhere else I'd looked mint!!!!!!

I was in the guitar shop on Saturday with my dad the guitars were awesome loved the van halen guitar

Great shop and the staff are so helpful! Wonderful range of musical instruments (more than just guitars) and friendly, well informed people who are only too happy to help you buy the right equipment for your needs (delighted with my new keyboard). Thanks everyone, I will certainly shop here again.

Got my Les Paul Epiphone today and could not be happier :D fantastic service I ordered it yesterday!!!! I'll defo be back for my electro-acoustic ;)

Feel like I'm on holiday in their shops! Incredible selection and impeccable service!

Can't fault your customer service at all. I had abit of an unlucky experience with 2 yamaha guitars the first one I received had a crack on it which was obviously done in transit after receiving a replacement the next day i noticed that on the bridge was a stress crack forming on the bridge running though the bridge pins. Unfortunately they had no more stock of the guitar I ordered after several emails with mike (manager at the epson store) he offered to let me have a different model that cost £200 more than the original guitar for £100 extra and my new guitar was dispatch that day and received it in less that 24 hours in perfect condition. Not once did I have to be without and wait for my guitar as all replacements were swapped over at my doorstep. The customer care I have received was first class and I will be definatly buying from you guys again

Always helpful and advice is spot on , always leave the store happy ! Totally recommend.

Was looking for a pair of studio monitors that I needed to be delivered next day. Got in touch with representative via live chat and asked if I'd order before 3PM is it definitely going to be delivered tomorrow? I was reassured that I will have them tommorrow if I order before 3PM. So I placed an order at about 12PM.

Didn't get the monitors the next day, got them the day after. I do understand that DPD was responsible to deliver it on time but if GuitarGuitar representative would have told me that there is a chance they won't be delivered on time. I would have bought them elsewhere as I really needed to have them on the day that they were supposed to be delivered.

They abused customer rights to accept a faulty item within 30 days when I tried to return an ibanez guitar and get my money back. They are not familiar with customer rights and lied to me dozens of time by telling me stuff taken from space like the guitar is dirty because on its glossy finish are visible fingerprints which half of them was left by them when they force screwed the tremolo lever to prove to me that it is not loose on movement. Next, they tried to make a full from me by forcing me to believe that it is normal when E1 guitar string is jumping behind the frets on the neck edge. After checking on many guitars within the store and not finding a single one which would have the same issue they still didn't want to refund my money. One tall guy was relay arrogant to the point of being rude and unproffessional. There were obvious sings of usage after 20 days of me playing the guitar like fingerprints or darkened strings. This is fine in terms of customer rights, as long as the item has no other porpously damage done. But the tall guy never heard about it. Also I had an issue where after couple of days the cosmo black paint from metal equipment started to wearing off. He called this abuse of the instrument. Well, if you want to buy an instrument - better avoid this store.

EDIT: they send the guitar to Epsom for an inspection because they stated that at Camden are no technicians. After one week I contacted them and they replied that at Epsom was no technician but their technician at Camden store should look it up next week. THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
