Excellent service all round. From easy ordering to receiving the goods. Well packaged and very prompt delivery. Very pleased with this company and would certainly use them again.

Delighted to have a problem with the recent purchase of a baby walker resolved with no difficulty at all. A replacement was arranged and sent quickly, so there was no birthday disappointment for our little grandson. Emails were responded to promptly and replies were solution-focused. Excellent prices. So all in all a great shopping experience (apart from needing to replace faulty goods, which was probably a failure of quality control on the part of the manufacturer, rather than anything Gullivers should have been aware of in sealed boxed goods from the supplier).

My mum ordered a toy kitchen two months ago for my sons birthday on 29th June and we are yet to receive it.

I have called numerous times with no answer and emailed three times - with a reply of - we are still waiting and no given date for delivery.

Very poor customer service. We wouldn't of ordered if we had known this was going to happen. No apology, and now a very upset son and nanny as can't give the present he desperately wants!

Still waiting a refund for a toy kitchen that I ordered in the first week of May



I received an email a month after I ordered to say the kitchen was out of stock. I then received another email a few weeks later to say the kitchen was still out of stock but was expected to be delivered at the end of June.



I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. The refund still hasn't arrived two weeks later despite numerous phone calls (nobody ever picks up), several emails, a tweet and now this, my second Facebook message.



The thing that's most frustrating is that the £100 was deducted from my account within days of placing my order despite Gulliver's knowing the kitchen wasn't in stock and wasn't going to be for a while.



I'm so frustrated that I', tempted to drive up to Edinburgh to collect the money myself. If someone from Gullivers is reading this please please please tell me whether the kitchen has arrived or whether I can at least get my refund!

I placed an order for a height adjustable easel which I must admit was delivered very promptly. However it arrived with no protection around the box item came in and as a result it was badly damaged upon delivery, so much so that both ends were open. As I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my niece, I am unable to give it to her in the state that it arrived in.



After many phone calls (most of which went unanswered) and emails which haven't even been acknowledged I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved.



I would not recommend this shop as the customer service has been non-existent!

I bought a Tidlo jungle safari table and set of 4 chairs for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Ordered in October I sent an email to inform you it wouldn’t be unwrapped until Christmas just in case there should be a problem. You didn’t acknowledge that email. After less than 2 months of use 2 of the legs have become loose on the cheetah chair and are unable to be tightened as the thread has gone. I would like a replacement chair. I have rung numerous times and left 2 voicemail messages but you have not returned my call. It appears that I am not alone as most of the posts on this page relate to non-existent customer service. Please contact me tomorrow on the number I have left on your answerphone.
