Excellent, authentic food. Nice decor to sit in and a pleasant evening. Must try the naan bread, which is larger than the table! They also deliver. All delivered food arrived warm, even the naan bread! Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I am going there quite often but this evening my meal was tasteless, blant.
It use to be better!

First time ordering won’t be ordering again. Over priced and quality of food very poor. Never tasted an Indian which was flavoured with so much salt in my live and I’m 50 years old so had a few Indians.

Superb food, friendly staff (both in house and delivery) not exactly cheap but definitely worth it, the naan breads the size of a small table are a must !!

Quite simply the worst curry I've ever had. There was more oil than sauce in the curry dish itself and it was tasteless. The rice was under cooked also. A total waste of money and expensive.

I stayed at a place close to Guru Balti while visiting Edinburgh. Since I like Indian food, I ordered from this place two consecutive days just to give it a fair chance after having terrible experience on the first day itself. I didn't like their food at all. Apart from the serving size nothing was commendable. I ordered a total of 4 vegetarian dishes and all of them were very poorly done. Either it had just too much oil, or the curry was very watery. The nan breads were huge and felt like big lumps of wheat. I don't recommend this place if you have other option.

Brilliant, Just love the Guru. the naan are a highlight for me, although my suggestion would be if you can sit in and eat the experience of the fresh hot naan is just unbeatable.

Food was OK, the naan bread was huge! Dinner for 2 with starters and lassie cost me 40£. Also great atmosphere!

Absolutely fantastic service! Being from the US I'll admit I get pretty picky about service, and these guys were great! Not to mention great food! The naan was bigger than my head!!! Garlic naan, fantastic. We also had the chicken tikka masala, and a lamb dish (I forget the name, but it was under the "chef specialties" section). Both dishes were very flavourful. Neither was spicy, so if you like mild dishes they do very well with mild. Already recommended to the friends we stayed with, and we would definitely eat there again.
