Gym 300

For those of you who are not familar with gym300 here's a wee walk round we did earlier on today. Thats right! Its bigger than you think. We also have more equipment, more bars and plates than any other gym in Inverness. Come down and have a look.

As Christmas nears, we’ve been secretly working hard to design the first ever festive barbell.
‘The North Pole’ as we call it is a hand crafted barbell made to the exact specifications set out by Mr. Claus himself.
It has a maximum load capacity of 500’000 gifts per side and can withstand more torque than your waistband after Christmas lunch.
... However, before we sent it off to the big man we had to take the opportunity to have a festive group workout!

Last equipment update of the day. Our new plate loaded lying leg curl. For all your enviable hammy needs 😎😎. We're stoked for the rest of the goodies!

Another new piece of kit. The highly adjustable Viking press. You can do it standing, seated, on an incline or fully lying down. Hit your shoulders, chest and triceps from every angle imaginable.

Having a play around with our new equipment. We have around 10 new bits of kit arriving over the next week or two. Seal row, hands down one of the best upper back exercises. No cheating, just strict rowing.

Used the gym as a day member as in Inverness on business. Absolutely loved it. Great kit, plenty weight and friendly staff. When I'm on the road it can be a struggle to find somewhere decent to train - not in Gym 300's case. I'll be back every time I'm up the road. Great place to train and Inverness is luck to have it!

Up from glasgow working in inverness, friend told me to come to this gym it was the best in invy, must say he wasn't wrong got everything you need and the equipment is top class for bodybuilding, love my sesh i had, staff were also friendly, highly recommended ��

Such a brilliant gym! More weights than I have ever seen, more machines than I will ever work my way around, and more gymnastic targets than I can ever hope to achieve......but what stands out most is the people.



I'm not even a member yet, only been in for PT and walk-in sessions (that's changing as of July!) but the amount of guidance, encouragement and support that the owners and resident PTs give you in their own time is overwhelming. Such an incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere.



Tom and Nicola, you have built a place to be very proud of! See you next Happy Thursday.:....have a membership form ready for me, you're not getting rid of me now! ��

Me and my son have done only a few workouts yet, but so far so good! Way more professional than the gym we used to go, should have come here a long time ago :) I can only repeat what others said: Gym 300 is a clean and friendly place, Tom (the Boss Man ;) ) and all the staff seem to be nice people. I was looking for a gym in inverness whilst visiting for work. Fantastic gym, friendly atmosphere and staff and very well equipped. There is nothing this gym doesn't have no matter what your goals and I could never imagine you would ever be waiting for anything as there is so much choice. Very clean and well maintained. The only downside is that I live 500 miles away from this gym. Very highly recommend.

I recently competed at Gym 300, what a great gym. Everyone is super friendly and the equipment is top notch. Top marks from me!

I joined this week and I have been 3 days in a row! The place is brilliant, staff are awesome! I get excited in the mornings knowing I'm going to Gym300!

I was very impressed with the huge variety of equipment as well as the spaciousness and cleanliness of the gym. Lovely staff and a very friendly, encouraging atmosphere. Gym 300 is the best place to train in Inverness. Tom,Nicola and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and always available to help.The facilities are second to done definitely 5/5.

Gym 300 is the best gym in Inverness. If you are looking for a gym with a friendly environment, safe and functional equipment, great customer support, excellent personal training with exciting workouts, variety of fitness classes and all for a reasonable price this is the place to go to.

Dropped in yesterday for a one-off workout while on holiday in the area, and really enjoyed my time. Great set of equipment in a clean and tidy environment - and just as importantly made to feel really welcome too. Thanks, Tom!



Probably 15 years since I was last there, but hopefully a much shorter time until the next session: it's a long way from Northants but will make a b-line for you when next in the Highlands!

Been going a month now and honestly before I joined certain things I wasn't that confident with my form and technique. Well every single person I've spoke to or has seen me needing a bit of help has come over and said nicely what I'm doing wrong. Which I really appreciate as that's why we're all there - to get fitter. There is no stigma or laughing at anyone place is more like a family than a gym it's run with respect. Not to mention it's got all the equipment you could ever need and everything is clean. Owner Tom is always making constant improvements too. Love the place! :)

An outstanding Gym, with a friendly atmosphere and staff who are more than willing to help out! No compromise on equipment, with a wide selection to suit all training styles. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Inverness area!

An absolutely amazing facility. Been a member for two weeks and can honestly say its one of the best decisions I have ever made. Gym 300 offers equipment for every training need available. Staff are friendly, approachable and the coaches are always more than welcome to spot you or give you advice on your workouts.



Would definitely recommend this gym for anyone who is looking to gain strength or trim down and also do it in a professional friendly and welcoming environment.
