Never been much of a fitness person but as I reach the age of the midway stretch - outwards rather then upperwards sadly, I feel the need to try and get my body kicked into shape. I have tried this at different stages in my life and has always been a little haphazardly as every time I walk into a gym it's like starting high school all over again - once done don't want to repeat!!

I am pleasantly surprised however that I don't get that feeling here, in fact though my face does not always show it (particularly at 6am) I look forward to my visits as you are always welcomed by the receptionists and instructors to the other gym users.

From my first use of the gym to first experience of metafit everyone has always been friendly and supportive. The gym must have hundreds of users but still people stop to ask how you are getting on or comment on how much you are coming on.

It also helps that you can book a review with staff to get fitness MOT or a new workout to make sure you are making most of area.

Been going for years, great gym. Avoid peak times in my opinion.

After being part of a few community gyms and not really noticing a difference, i heard from a friend about GYM64. Nearly two years later and i can honestly say i am so glad i made the decision to sign up for a membership. Amazing classes, amazing facilities and the most amazing knowledgeable staff who are happy to help with anything! Cannot recommend this gym enough!

After moving to Dunfermline, Scotland and being new to the area and gym life in general, I thought I would check out a few gyms before committing to one. I checked out Bannatynes, Fife leisure and a few other independent gyms along with GYM64. With GYM64 I wasn't pressured into anything, was given a few options of prices/membership deals and an extra bonus when I didn't have to pay a joining fee. GYM64 is constantly getting bigger and better with new equipment, new routines in the classes and top class staff!!! #yougetmoreatgym64

Best gym in Fife - possibly Scotland.

Open 24 hours, non judgmental, friendly staff, access to all classes and PT within the price, everything is being constantly refurbished and the range of equipment is far superior to any gym I have been to (from a weightlifting perspective.)

This is a proper gym. If you want to socialise with your pals over a coffee and cake and pay extra for useless services like a pool and steam room - go to Banantynes.

to expensive and managed by weirdos. If i could i would give it zero stars. fife sport and lesure are half the price and have a swimming pool. they also have a superior sauna and steam room. The staff are better trained and much friendlier. would steer clear of gym64 if i were you.
