Habaneros Mexican Street Food Portobello

Yum!

We wanted to try it as soon as it opened, as we are local to Portobello and like to eat at nearby spots! It certainly didn't disappoint! I came in for lunch with my husband and wee baby before our flight to America. He got the quesadillas and I got the burrito and we shared the tortilla chips. It was absolutely delicious and reminds me of the Mexican food I'm able to get in America! The staff are super friendly and the food is of high quality. We plan to make it one of our regular carryout spots!

Very good value and very tasty

Propper tasty! Just been in for lunch and snaffled a beautiful pulled pork burrito with the hottest salsa, Habanero of course! So much flavour and a good kick too, I also enjoyed the chipotle hot sauce addition for chilli heads. There are milder versions available too for those not so obsessed with chilli. The meal deal is great value and staff were lovely. I will need to bring the husband.

I was sent out to collect chinese for the family and thought I'd pop in on my way along. So glad I did as without a doubt, Habanero's is the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. I have tried all the street food places in town from Pinto, Viva Mexico, Pancho Villas and Taco Mazamas etc, and Habanero's are top of the list in my book. Absolutely delicious, very well priced and super quick from order to indulgence. Needless to say, I loved every bite of my quesadillas and the family sat green with envy with their rice and noodles!

First visit last night - delicious food & the chap serving was efficient and friendly will definitely be back. �

Best burritos in Edinburgh by a long way. Really tasty. Large also means large! And the hot sauce is hot. Very good. Keep up the good work!
