I have been a customer here for nearly as long as they have been open. It has always been a 5 star review, but unfortunately this week was the first time I have had reason to complain, and the complaint was not dealt with in a professional manner at all. I bought 4 sirloin steaks for £10 (which is normally very good value), but this time I was basically given 4 sizzle steaks. Only to be told by the owner that a steak at a butcher would cost £8-£10. I know the price of sirloin from butchers and I also know that Morrisons butcher does 2 very good size sirloins for £5. Most disappointed in customer service from the owner, but the young girls in the shop are extremely helpful.

Super super lovely place. Met a young lady and man serving today and they were so helpful, even able to help with steak prep and accompaniment. The deal was amazing too... 5 sirloin steaks for a tenner. Can't even!
Will defo be heading back!
