Got my indicator bulbs changed by a very lovely young man sadly didn't catch his name but amazing customer service.

The staff at Halfords have been incredibly nice to me every time I come with my problems and broken bikes. Each time I have received clear, unambiguous quotes on their services and parts as well as a balanced comparison between buying parts for DIY and letting them do it. On top of that they have never refused a free advice or hands on help with small matters. Halfords Paisley consistently sets a standard for customer service that I hope others will follow. Thank you guys fir everything!

Great customer service from Hamza and Halfords do price match

Pretty good stock wise little pricey if what you want isn't on any offers. Was given poor advice on oil but that's mostly down to a specific car.

Limited knowledge especially bmx stuff. My daughter had her son's bike built by them and it wasn't great. Brakes not centered, full of build marks. Not the best

the guys and girls in this branch are so helpful its a pleasure to go in,i was in annoying them about paint colours and they were so helpful,patience of saints,thanks people

I have to say, the service I recently received from Darrin at the cycle department of Halfords in Paisley was outstanding. His knowledge of bikes is 2nd to none.

I have tried two other local cycle shops in the last year, including one 500 meters from my house and I can safely say that these guys can't hold a candle to Darrin and the bicycle department at Halfords

Don't use put my car in for a full service. They put 2 small marks on my car bonnet, didn't top up washer fluid, broke plastic clip on my air filter also put white grease on my back door interior trims. Complained to Halfords Customer Services about the damage that had been caused they denied any liability didnt offer to put things right its an absolute joke of a place will never go back. Also told me I would be needing all new discs and pads all I need is some new brake pads on the front of the car. Total Cowboys!! You've been warned steer well clear!!!

Always helpful and friendly staff. Good for tools and other bits and bobs for vehicles
