Cant commend the young man in halfords Elgin today any more highly, his service towards me was second to none, don't know his name, but he had a beard and glasses, thank you so much for helping me

Recently refurbished with wider choice of products.

I've used this store for years and the Staff have always been great, very helpful.

Stood in the shop for 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist me with buying a bike ended up walking out. One guy sorting a bike no one else on the shop floor to ask for help.

I was very happy with service I received from cycle staff.

Staff were very rude one even exposed himself to me

Prices can be quite high in comparison, majority of staff are helpful but one or two barely say anything to you and seem like they just can't be bothered.

Why close so early. People work 9 till 5. And never got the items in stock.
