First class service, manager was excellent and assistant was very efficient and extremely helpful fixed my car seat and isofix! Great branch

Put my bike in for a replacement headset bearing. Bike came back on time but with large amount of paintwork damage and a crushed cable guide.
They left all the bolts loose for some unknown reason meaning new bearings were exposed allowing for dirt to get in and damage them. I let halfords know about the damage and have them an opportunity to respond and they have not made contact.

I will not be returning if this is the service i can expect.

As a disabled cyclist I use a wee ebike to walk our dog and really rely on it. I went into my local Halfords in Bishopbriggs to get my gears indexed and the mechanic Grant was superb. He was hard pressed with other work but because of my reliance on the bike for mobility he prioritised my bike. My dog and I are very thankful for a brilliant service. This young guy was exceptionally professional. As an engineer myself in another field I was very impressed. Thanks B.Davison

although the service has been good and any minor faults with my bike have been fixed.... as a guy who has very little knoweladge of biking i did think that the halfords employee would at least have pointed out that i was buying the wrong kind of pump..... cheers for that.....spent £1000 pounds in your shop and now i cant even fix my own puncture *****
