Its a great store with pretty much everything you need.Its all a bit cramped pity they couldnt put an extension on.

Have delt with halfords for both my car and bicycles. The staff and helpful and polite. The work that they do is second to none

Excellent customer service by Rob and the bike Repair team. Came in with an emergency repair as doing Lands End to John O Groats. The guys were more than happy to help and were able to fix the repair in less than half hour. Would highly recommend this store. Thank you Halfords Inverness!!

I had 2 cars booked for MOT for today booked online about 5 weeks ago. Everything meticulously planned before going away for 5 weeks, booked paid and confirmed. I go into the service centre to be told they are not doing MOTs for the past 9 weeks. I was never informed of this, in fact I booked paid and got confirmation when they were already unable to use the MOT bay. and was told they are OFFERING my refund and it was up to me to find an alternative. I even got to know that this has been occuring every day AND NO ACTION TO CANCEL HAD BEEN TAKEN! I was then offered 2 vouchers for 2 MOTs next year.....as if I shall darken a Halfords doorstep again. Sad to say the people who "assisted" me were not helpful at all and did not seem to have been through customer service training. No compensation and no assistance whatsoever. I was not even put through to a manager as I requested, then after pressing was told I could request a call back. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! BEWARE OF HALFORDS APPOINTMENTS

I pulled in here with a broken pedal on a cycle tour. The shop is well stocked. They had exactly what I wanted in both the Shimano and Boardman brands.

The staff could not have been any more helpful or courteous even though they were busy in terms of customers being served.

The shop itself has bike racks right in front of the door to prevent theft. Also they have left a pump outside with a tyre pressure gauge for whomever stops by.

Fairly expensive, but a decent range. Took over a week for them to assemble a bike they had in stock. Service is a bit slow at the counter too. Having said that, one of the staff came out to help us get the bike into the car when I went back to borrow tools, so that gets them a bonus star.

Well stocked store with great service even when busy. I bought a bike & started assembling it as they were full with assembly orders. But I needed assistance on a good few things and Gavin and Conal especially went out of their way to make time and help me out. It was greatly appreciated.

For someone who owns and uses a car it's a very handy, well laid out store for general automotive needs.Whether it's maintenance products,general DIY tools, car care or accessories they will have what you need at a reasonable price.

They also have a good service centre if you need tyres fitting etc. It's location near the centre of town make it ideal for anyone who works in Inverness where they will fit stereos, change light bulbs and similar jobs. General access is also pretty aswell.

I cannot comment on anything bicycle related but I would expect their service to be equally as good for your cycling needs.

When asking staff for help the answer "it's self explanatory" is not at all helpfull. 4staff members giggling together behind the till with a shop full of people! Come on sack them and pay one guy a decent amount you might get some one who cares.i won't be going back
