i came to pick up a window wiper blade for my citreon c1. I asked them if I could purchase just the rubber bit where I was told no I couldn't. I would need a full new arm.
just wanting to get on with it I let them search for the one I needed and I was going to fit it myself once I was home (had an 8 month old baby with me).
the wiper did not fit. my college could not fit it. I took it back where I explained this to the guy at the counter who stared back at me as if to say you dizzy female its not hard. i offered him to try where he did and failed. again holding my 8 month old baby in the rain whilst your staff tried 3 different wiper arms to only fail and then offer to just replace the rubber. something i was told you couldn't do in the first place.
they then tried to charge me despite returning the original blade in the original box. to which i had to correct them.
I left after the rubber was fitted and less than 1 week later my window wiper has started to fall apart (on route home from the borders on boxing day in the rain 2 hrs up the a1 with my entire family in the car)

Fantastic staff and great selection of items.

Tried to buy a kid helmet here, but unsure the correct size. staff seem very busy, and no one available to help for over 10 minutes. Tried to ask someone in the till, but told to find someone else. Not really helpful.

Helpful and friendly staff. They adviced so good nd helped me to replace the batery from the car.
