In contrast with what I expected after reading the reviews here, everything about this place was great.

Not only do they work late enough to visit after work, but the both staff who I've chanced upon were great. Especially my initial visit as someone who doesn't know much about bikes, the comparison and assistance I received with selecting a bike was very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately you can't buy a bike on the spot, but I was called when it was ready for me to pick up and pay.

Overall, well-stocked and reasonably fast service, with helpful and friendly staff and no match in opening times.

I was in today looking for an dashboard light. The young..person.. I will call him was so rude and arrogant basically treated me like I was stupid and was of no help whatsoever! I found what I wanted but will not be back! Why employ people who clearly don't want to be there? Absolutely appalling service today.

The guy who built my wee one's bike must have been retarded!! Double check your bikes! These people dont have a clue about their job

Dreadful service. Tried to return a bike that was simply NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, which they seemed to do nothing but attempt to blame me for it. no apology was received at all for a bike that was in all honesty dangerous. Brakes locked up on me at one point too, thankfully it wasn't the front brakes and only the back ones instead (still hurt to be hoenst) The employees don't seem to care at all. Won't be returning any time soon unless I have no other options.
