Staff always seem to disappear when I am looking for something, and I find that the stock lines are a bit short, but that could be that it is not a very large store. When you do manage to pin a staff member down, they are helpful and reasonably knowledgeable.

Went in for a dog guard for my car. Staff were really helpful and James fitted it for me in the rain !!! Thankyou

Poor service & informaion.

In shop Tuesday night this week, Ask young big lad if he had a minute to help. Response was "depends what is" in a huffy manner.

Showed him a bike I was interested in as price was £100 different to online price. Said they could price match but price he quoted was still more expensive.

Asked if they could have different sized frame, answer was only
One size then checked online and low
& behold 'choose your frame' is an option.

He's not doing a great job at a potentially easy sale!

Well stocked outlet in a good location, always loads of parking. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful too. Haven't tried the MOT/Service garage yet, but the prices do seem competitive.

We have always found what we are looking for.

I got a plate fitted which was laying on the floor infront of my car the next morning. Luckily it didn't fall of while I was driving or I'd have most likely had to buy a new plate. I went back in back and they refit it again for me. Although it shouldn't have fell off in the first place.
