I came in to have my bike repaired and a few things added. I was served by Callum. I received brilliant service and a great chat.. 10/10 for him 😀

Went to the lnverness branch , was promised a new stereo could be fitted without any problem. Paid up front for everything and went with the car to have it fitted. I was told the guy l was dealing with had left and his replacement made a load of excuses why he couldn't fit the new unit.
I phoned them to be told the facia didn't fit my model as it had a cup holder, l told them to remove it.
The answer was they aren't allowed to remove parts ,l offered to remove it and was then given another feeble excuse.
Truth of the matter is these guys are real Audio engineers and are trained plug and play basic fitters.
I got my money back after a 4 day wait.
A very poor service , l won't be going back!

You will get them to assemble your new bike only once, it's become a uk tradition to do it properly when you get home.

You may also find yourself leaving with a wiper blade swearing you will go to a real motor factors next time. Sadly you know when your brake light goes pop you'll be back in there searching aimlessly through that flip book trying to work out why it's always your car missing?
Luckily it's been consistent for years and everyone knows what to expect.

May '17: Very helpful, thorough service during the careful fitting of a bike carrier which I had been really worried I wouldn't remember The fitting, which you watch to learn, was excellent value for money. Many thanks to George for the fitting, Andrew who did the double check and Euan in the bike department for the useful chat about another product I needed, bike info in general & leaflets about local bike events. I went back when I wasn't sure if I'd fitted it properly myself and George pointed out my straps weren't tight enough so worth doing and thanks again!

I got a new bmx bike from here and bought some pegs to go with the bike and then a week later decided to take them off and noticed that the front pegs were bent so I couldn't get them off I'm going back to get a new bike hopefully get a different make hopefully the mongoose I wanted.

I phoned for a enquiry and staff was very nice and helpfull.☺

Good halfords - helpful staff

Got a new stereo fitted in my car from here and couldn't be happier. Only took around half an hour and there's plenty of other shops to visit whist you wait. The staff were excellent at telling me what I needed and even gave me a list of parts to buy online before coming on to reduce my costs!

Great service all round, would recommend.
