The guys in the cycle dept were brilliant today. We have a wee ride for our daughter and they allowed us to try it out and a new Pendleton bike before we bought the bike. Thankyou guys

Very good customer service, staff could not have been more helpful, bought and had fitted a stero unit to car.. guy went out of his way to help us and gave very useful advice.

Very poor customer service ...I was in yesterday and after 15 minutes stand behind the till (nobody was coming to serve me )I decide to leave without brought anything ..
Also other people were stand there and complain about this too ..
