We were made to feel at ease immediately and were attended by Debbie, who I have to say was lovely & very professional. There was no hard sell from her at all. She showed us a good selection, explaining the ins and outs, what looked best and allowed us to take our time (or me) to decide on the right watch. Having chosen the watch it was apparent that it needed an extra link so instead of us having to make a trip back up to the store the Watchmaker added an extra link from a stock piece. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hamilton & Inches to anyone, so thanks to Debbie for making the purchase a memorable experience.
