Squat 101 : 1/eccentric method; a very simple and useful method to help improve and increase your overall squat. All you have to do is load the bar with your 3 rep max and perform 1 Full Rep with a slow eccentric on the second rep. I would prefer to do that once a week for 3/4 sets after a warming up to 3 rep max.
