This sanitising device is mounted on a door above the handle, it requires no batteries. It is a simple mechanical operation that sprays a sanitising mist on the door handle every time the door is closed. The device has undergone exhaustive clinical trials, at an active Hospital Unit over a 16 week period a total of 1, 120 samples were taken to evaluate microbial growth. Swab samples were taken from 13 different door handles from various wards at different times of day and sent for analysis by Abbott Analytical Microbiological Testing. Results proved the effectiveness of the sanitising unit killing 99. 999% of all know germs including Covid-19.
