Slow service coupled with unprofessionalism. Food is overpriced, bland and cold. If you want a proper burger at this price go to Five Guys. Don't waist your time and money here. To top it all off the toilets were disgusting.

It is not a burgers it is a beef and bread. For its price its tasteless.. chicken wings is like two weeks old cheap takeaway food from the fridge.

Why do you name yourself Handmade burgers... i believe these burgers are cooked by vegans. Avoid. if you want the tasty food go to other place or better visit another country...

Staff were good and friendly.
Paid £1.50 to double up burger......Didn't get it so took it of bill.
Slice of tomato was bigger than the actual roll sticking out the sides!
Lunch time menu we ordered from and was told burgers were slightly smaller hence I asked to double up just in case but only got one and it was mega thin......so glad the tomato was huge but didn't fill me.
The guy who served us can't fault him as he was friendly but forgot to double the burger.
Prob won't go back not as good as a previous visit.

Burgers were tasty enough but very small and didn't come with any of the usual extras you would expect with a burger.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice view of the forth while you eat.

Not as good as it used to be. No unlimited drinks any more, and ordering is done at the table so not as good for groups. V expensive for the quality of food.

Awesome family restaurants! great for all of my family as we are a mix of vegan, vegetarian and carnivore. Love their food! Great staff! Been to many different Handmade burger Co and the service as been great!

Rapidly gone down hill from excellent to avoid! Ordered two kids fish fingers meal and arrived with a single fish finger for the princely sum of £5.95 each!! The chips used to be fantastic and still are....if you are a mouse as they've shrunk to half portion size and still the same price! Come on Homemade Burger Company and get back to your initial excellent standards!!

PS....gonna stick some blue cheese in your "blue cheese" dip??

The burger came out red in the middle. I'm used to being asked if I don't want that when it is an option so it was quite unexpected. The chutney was absolutely delicious, a little heavy on the mayo for the slaw (compares to the States). Chips were amazing.

Great burgers and fries. Delicious milkshakes. Friendly staff and quick service. Great views. Only go if you are hungry as portions are huge.

Great food but it was strange that chips were extra and not included with the burger. My disabled wife didn't find it very easy to get parked at a table. We found the staff to be rude and not very helpfully.

Great food, great people. Once, our food order got lost and they gave us a perfect attention and a free brownie! Also, waiters and waitresses are always completely nice.
