Handmade Burger Co. Aberdeen

An absolute disgrace. I used to really enjoy the burgers, but I went today and it was awful. Pink in the middle, the chips portion has been made considerably smaller than the last time I went, you can't get bottomless drinks anymore, and the waiter conned us by asking "do you want onions on your burger" we said yes only to find out they charged us 0.95p per EXTRA portion of onions as the classic burger ALREADY came with onions. The burger itself has also dropped considerably in quality as we found many chewy bits and the burger did not smell great! AVOID!!!

Always great food and a friendly atmosphere. I always find that food tastes amazing. Only downfall is can be a long wait but only if it's extremely busy i.e. the weekend, etc which is understandable.

The burger has chewy bits in it and there were onions mixed into it! Gross. They don't offer pickles as a burger topping on the menu. The special relish is less than appetizing. I didn't enjoy it.

On arrival, the 'welcome' was indifferent and expessionless
We couldn't understand what the 'waiter' was saying, it was so mumbled and monotone.
Ordered drinks and 'waiter' took order half heartedly and not listening properly. Waited ages for food. Had to ask a waitress where our food was.
Food arrived luke warm on cold plates. Stale brioche and the chilli burger turned out to be a burger with a smear of chilli sauce on it, as opposed to a burger smothered in chilli con carne as expected. (Should have read menu more carefully)
A dismal, disappointing experience.
The food got eaten because we were starving-not because we enjoyed it.
Burger mediocre at best and as for the chicken burger-go to Nandos...

Nice enough.
Overcooked my burger after asking for medium rare. Then cocked up the bill with items I hadn't ordered.

The burger is juicy, with fresh ingredients and with real taste of beef. I've ordered it medium rare and it came just like it. They have a few scottish beers to harmonize with the burgers, and It's nicely located in the mall within the train station. Great experience!

I'm not usually too much into burgers, but these were reaaally good.
Has the best choice for vegan costumers, and we tried every single vegan burger. The vegan sundaes are amazing, the milkshakes, the fries, the lemonades... I really enjoyed it. We went there 5 times during my one week stay! All the employees were very friendly and eager, I'll definitely come back asap
