Working away on Christmas orders. More white chocolate peppermint caramels in a new design. Much happier with the colour work this time :) Happy holidays everyone!

Experimenting with new flavours in white chocolate for a special order - peppermint caramel hearts and white and walnut truffles. Tried a new technique with colour, not a bad first attempt, but not perfect. I guess that means there will be some free samples floating around 😊

Now taking orders for Christmas! £5 for a box of 6 chocolates (1 flavour), or £10 for a box of 12 chocolates (2 flavours). So many reasons to love chocolate! I like to think of myself as a more or less self-taught chocolatier, and Jacques Torres was definitely an early inspiration :)

The pistachio truffles, maple walnut leaves and the salted caramel hearts are delightful! My SO enjoyed the pistachio truffles while I enjoyed the maple walnut and salted caramel! Every single bite as enjoyable as the next. I can't imagine going back to store bought chocolates for after dinner pudding. Just one piece every evening was perfect. Will be buying again! Thank you HWH!

Ordered two boxes of chocolates and they were divine! Really loved the presentation as well, gorgeous boxes, chocolate descriptions and tags. An excellent gift.

Just had some and it's amazing. Especially love the cappuccino truffles - every bite is an experience. I ate three in a row before forcing myself to stop; else I would've devoured the whole box!

Delicious flavours and lovely packing. Difficult to resist eating them.
