I visit this place on my lunch break several times a week. Love the selection and prices.

Staff couldn't have been less helpful. 2 ladies behind the counter seemed in a bad mood also were quite rude & unpleasant to customers as if they wanted to get rid of everyone in the shop. Apart from being brief and unwelcoming, one of them gave me wrong info about the products they sell. She said essential oils can be ingested, just have to add a few drops to my tea, WTF? Also said that Epsom salts are exactly the same as Himalayan salt except they come from a place called Epsom.. She forgot to mention they have a completly different chemical structure Epsom salts being magnesium sulphate and rock salt sodium chloride. I suppose staff in the shop could do with some training on their knowledge of the products as well as customer service skills.
