I have been coming to Jane's Pilates classes regularly for some years. Jane has adapted brilliantly to delivering the classes live online and I now come twice a week. The classes are varied and Jane is always positive and encouraging, Jane is keen for us to progress and push ourselves but in a supported and friendly environment. I strongly recommend!

I was getting regular sports massage from Jane before the first lockdown and recently started joining her twice weekly online Pilates classes. It's great to be able to get quality pilates tutoring for strength and mobility even through the current restrictions and this is done in a very informal, friendly, environment. I would highly recommend Jane's classes.

I love Jane's PIlates classes. I used to go to them in the real world, and then a combination of time and location meant I had to give it up. But now the classes are all online, on Zoom, and they're easy to follow and convivial, and a godsend after a day at the computer. Jane's a great teacher - she shows you the moves then checks you're doing them properly - and I highly recommend her classes.

I’ve been coming to Jane’s class for a year now, on the recommendation of a friend and haven’t looked back. She has incredible physiological knowledge and takes great care to manage exercise to individuals needs and level of experience. The classes are small but in no way intimidating to anyone new as she has a lovely way about her. Really enjoy my class each week, currently via Zoom but hopefully back in the studio before too long. Highly recommend to anyone.
