Having sold our house very quickly and waiting on build going on within a new area, I can honestly say Happy Lets Team at Hamilton have been excellent, especially Joe who has been first class & will go beyond and above to help with anything that we ask. A prime example was yesterday, not sure what was wrong with heating, before 9am Joe had spoken to necessary parties and problem resolved by lunchtime. Always a prompt reply with dedicated service. 'How can we help' would recommend branch every time and property we are in just now is in excellent condition. Thank You Happy 😊 Lets you are always at the end of a phone if need be or email. I am currently moving from London to Hamilton. Happylets got back to us right away and was able to give us a viewing on that day. I did my research and visited quite a few different Letting Agents and it was an education. I met disengaged inarticulate agents in dingy premises. I could write a book here but I wont.

By contrast, Happy Lets has an inviting bright office in the centre of Hamilton. Lesley and Adele are natural communicators and everything is explained clearly and competently to you. The stress and worry you once had is taken away because they are professional.
