Our street food stall doing hot handmade gyoza and udon is at Grassmarket Saturday and Stockbridge on Sunday this weekend :-) Why not stock up on an entire box of approx 35 gyoza for £18 or if you bring a your own box or reuse one £17!

We buy our vegetables from our local Veg shop Global Fruits no plastics, only baskets we rent from the shop

Very happy to be working cooking tempura and miso soup at the Nihongo Connection bootcamp today. Its the only residential Japanese language course in the world and was hosted at the beautiful Gorton House on the stunning Roslin Glen. Here is Kaori Simpson and Nobu San giving a very short presentation on making tempura proper :-)

We had a lovely time here doing a sushi class with Kaori. Would highly recommend. Food was excellent and was a great experience learning how to make sushi ourselves. Thank you Kaori.

Very nice indeed. Typically simple and delicate and expertly presented, as you would expect from a Japanese restaurant. Also typically expensive. Nonetheless I would return.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal this evening. The Pork Rafute, Pork Gyoza Dumplings and Sweet Potato Tempura were all amazing! Highly recommend!

Lovely modern Japanese restaurant. The decor is cool with beautiful paintings on the walls. Very nice and helpful staff. Food is really yummy and a change from stodgy takeaway stuff. Sushi is YUM!

A superb restaurant - I was looking for Japanese restaurant and found here seemed quite ‘Japanese,’

On the following day, I found this is actually a decent Japanese restaurant!

They serve proper proper meals with kind and friendly service.

I would not hesitate to recommend.
