Plot holders Please ensure that if you bring chemicals, weed killer or any kind of poison on to site. It must be stored at least in a locked box preferably also inside a secure shed.

Very disappointed tonight... To find a massive amount of broken and very sharp pieces of glass in amongst a soil waste pile
Whilst this may have been an oversight on behalf of a plot holder No names mentioned.
... To rectify this mistake we now need to have this contaminated pile professionally taken off site and disposed of.
There is separate areas for different materials Stone Soil Plant waste Timber Metal Manure This allows the above to be recycled normally by other plot holders
Materials that are not recycled and must be taken away by the plot holder Plastics of any sort Weed membrane
Materials not welcome on site without permission Glass Tyres

Can all the allotmenteers refrain from taking their vehicles onto any of the grassed access areas without first at least asking please

That's the 2018-2019 plot invoices just going out now. Where possible please have them paid by the 31st of March 2018
Please note that there has been a £5 increase in plot fees this year.
