Hardiesmill Grass-Fed Beef from the farm, in our own specialist Beef Butchery. On Thursday-Saturday there is a small Pop-Up Farm Shop with local products.

An award winning farm to fork business located in the Scottish Borders. The farm features in the Netflix film 'Steak Revolution' as one of the best beef producers in the world. All our beef is grass-reared, with only grass or grass sileage fed to the cattle. The beef is hung for a minimum of 3 weeks, being seam cut by our Master Butcher in our in-house butchery. We produce a huge array of beef products along with possibly the largest steak range in Scotland!
