PRIVATE CHEF -
We are offering a private dining experience in the comfort of your own home. Be it a romantic night for two or a large dinner party a private chef plus waiter will come to you and do all the hard work so you can spend more time with your guests and enjoy a fine dining experience. Oh and what's more we'll do the washing up and leave your kitchen spotless.

PRICING AND MENUS -
We prefer to work closely with each client to create the perfect menu for your occasion and budget. We will happily provide you with a menu or will work with you to help you create your own menu.

ABOUT THE CHEF -
Malcolm started out his training in 1998 at Edinburgh's Telford College studying Culinary Arts & Management. However, after leaving college his real training began at The Tower Restaurant. Working here really put the young chef through his paces and training with some great chefs gave Malcolm a strong grounding for his career and a yearning to learn more.
After 3 years of hard work it was time for a change so Malcolm jetted off to Australia for a year working mainly in Melbourne. He recalls being blown away by the food scene there and being so inspired by the different styles of food and great produce on offer.
Since returning to the UK Malcolm has worked as Head Chef in many of Edinburgh's well loved and established restaurants including: - The Olive Branch, Outsider, The Apartment and The Bon Vivant.
As well as that throughout his career he has helped cater for many special events including: - dinners at the National Gallery of Scotland, TV award ceremonies, weddings etc.
