Arrived for 10:30 appointment, still waiting at 10:55 - so I left. Plenty of other BMW dealers in Central Scotland! Not good 😬

Been here for 4 cars now 5th wouldnt go anywhere else . So helpful in everyway .

Having previously bought a new BMW from here when the sales team were excellent I was extremely disappointed after visiting and specifying the car I was looking for the salesman never contacted me again. Things must have been good with sales last month.
My wife picked up her new BMW X3 from another dealer last week. Sorry but can no longer recommend this dealer.

I have bought my last three cars from Giffnock BMW as the level of customer service is outstanding. Matthew Logue is an outstanding Sales Executive, on every occasion he has got me exactly what I have been looking for, in fact a much better spec car than I had initially asked for. My personal view is that this is one of the best BMW garages you will find at all levels and I would highly recommend them.

With more than 30 years of buying family cars behind me I can honestly say that buying a car from this branch was perhaps the best that I have encountered! Every part of my dealings were top class, phone calls and reception to the sometimes stressful parts of buying a car were answered in a first class way, even the hand over where the young guy explains the fiddly bits about your new car (controls, buttons etc) took about 40 mins! My whole experience of Harry Fairbairn ,Giffnock was top notch! We, as a family, hold the highest of regards to the input of a first class sales person (David Segal), David tells you the truth, gets you the best deal, calms the whole affair down and really makes an (on your side) approach to the whole thing! Top Class and 5 stars every day of the week!

I've always taken my BMW to Harry Fairbairn Giffnock but recently I tried Douglas Park BMW for the first time because they are only 10 minutes away and saves me a 40 minute journey across the city to Giffnock.

Never again.

Douglas Park BMW need to visit Harry Fairbairn to see how customers should be treated. At Harry Fairbairn's you are greeted properly, looked after whilst waiting and spoken to with respect. They don't tamper with personal equipment in your car and they deal with any problems in a professional and courteous manner.

I'll happily sit in rush hour traffic for over 40 minutes if it means I'll receive the customer service one expects from BMW.

Some nice cars, but bit pricey I'd you ask me, better value getting an Audi or a Mercedes.
