Servicing dept. very slow to respond to follow up enquiries. Lots of excuses and no action. Five weeks on, and the fault they supposedly fixed is back....requests for other follow-up advice have remained unanswered. And to suggest that I bring the car back to them for a few days for further investigation - at a truly extortionate hourly rate - is ludicrous. I shall go elsewhere in future - I recommend everyone else should do the same.

BMW prices but helpful staff who occasionally organise ride outs for fellow BMW riders / customers. Nice bikes and kit. New store is now on Longman Road, Inverness (around the corner from the old store in Harbour Rd)
