Inquired about a car purchase from this dealer told there sales man Dave I was working and would think about it and get back to them he called my place of employment and disclosed who he was and what the call was about there wasn’t even a sale yet and he’s calling my work surely that’s Harrasing and not aloud I have already lodged a formal complaint desperate for a sale he doing me a favour by calling my work so I didn’t lose the sale don’t think so cheeky as well on the phone

Bought a used car from them in February. Really friendly and professional staff from receptionist to salesman (Ross). Especially nice and friendly front door man who always remembered who you were and had a bit of banter.
They were very flexible and let us take the car away for a holiday then completed the works which were required.
Had no issues with the car and it has been a pleasure to drive.
On a few occasions when needing help due to my misplacing of paperwork the garage has taken time to help and always taken time to ensure we have been 100% happy. If ever buying another BMW I would not hesitate recommending - Well Done guys

Harry Fair burn is the worst bmw experince I have ever had. Customer service terrible. They completed some warranty work on my bmw x5. In actual fact they installed 3 new alloy wheels on my car. However they managed to damage the inside paint on the rims which resulted in a paint repair from a wheel repair specialist. Service advisor did not have a clue she asked me what my car was in for. The same lady had called me and left a message on my answering machine. I will never set foot in this dealer again. One other thing I forgot when I picked the car up there was a warning message on the dashboard to drive to the nearest service centre. Harry fair burn advised me I had to drive several miles to reset the computer. I ended up calling them back after driving home and they told me to re set computer. I then had to adjust the tyre pressures to the correct pressure.
Not impressed by there shoddy work.
