Harvester Halbeath Park

Terrible service.
Slow despite very few tables in use.
People who entered after us being served first despite us being ready to order, asking to while staff were stood by idle doing nothing. We only wanted the self service area which I informed them. Staff were rude in response to us asking.
When I tried to complain manager was no where to be found.
When I phoned to complain manager was rude on the phone. Referred to me as oh were you x.

The last time we went no milk for cereal they offer was available either. Couldn't see any available this occasion when glancing.

Absolutely abysmal. On our last visit we were turned away by a mumbling waiter due to alleged business levels, while we could see plenty of clear tables and empty car park spaces. I understand it could be busy, but the way it was communicated was unacceptable.
This is on top of already bland main menu and flavourless sugary desserts. Safe to say we will be unlikely to come back.

Feels like a bit if a hit or a miss, had lunch on Wednesday and it was lovely and value for money. Went back for dinner on Saturday and just wasn't great the garlic bread was a stuck together mound. The burger wasn't nice and the scampi was burnt. Would go again but would hope that the lunch chef was on.

Excellent for breakfast - all you can eat at excellent price. Bacon cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Great for a family meal but not as cheap as u think it would be! Food choice is fab tho and tasty. Salad bar which is limitless and tea/Coffee refills with certain meals. My fave....they sell pepsi max!

Ordered the best Steak on the menu - 45 mins later - sorry sir there is no steak but someone has headed out to get one. WTFrance - left hungry. A waitress ran after me to refund drink I had paid for...

Staff were friendly but the last two times we have visited they have not had sufficient chicken to feed our table. Missing items on two of the plates, food overall was mediocre. For the price you would be better off elsewhere.

Always decent. Service is always good. You get what you pay for. Also if you're an AA member you get 20% off. BONUS :-)

Went for breakfast with my daughter. Surroundings nice and staff helpful.Chose big breakfast. Plenty of choice. Only criticism is that the food was not very hot so you were eating cold food halfway through. Wish we'd said at the beginning instead of at the end.
