Thank you so much for the professional and caring attitude all of your staff had today when my daughter was getting her ears pierced. She was very very nervous and the girls that pierced her ears kept her calm and even when she had a wobble (shoulders clamped to ears !!!) they were kind and reassuring her.



Also I loved the fact that having it done is out the way and not in front of everyone, thank you again a very happy girl tonight as this was her Birthday pressie, lissa, charlie & Charlotte

Love the shop got my charile bears and candles are nice staff are great to get on with and very helpful xxx
