Bought a settee signed up them found I had to pay a fortune for delivery They tell me a date then text to say it would be between 7am-1pm then a phone call from the driver @10am to say its would be 11-1pm still waiting at 2pm called CS only to be told that its not an exact science working out when it will arrive. Plus no apology or recompence
no answer from Harveys Braehead

I had been promised certain things to do with the delivery of a purchase. The promise was not kept. The store came with the excuse that the member of staff that served us was new and inexperienced which is not acceptable. I am still trying to make my point with customer service and the store manager,but so far there hasn't been a result.

Was not happy at all with service and quality of my sofa , it's super sagging lost its colour and pillows with bobble s on it . Spoke to customer service and all they did was send me back to shop when it was something they should off dealt . Will never go back !!

Not a great shop or the furniture. The store was smelling so bad had to get out of the store.
