During February I will offering limited sessions in exchange for donations to the 1066 Pink Ladies.
If you cannot normally afford a treatment, or if you are worried about going to a salon and would prefer a 'based at home' therapist; If you have ever had any life limiting disease and are worried about being turned away; worry no longer, come and have a pamper and help support this group, who do so much locally.
Suggested Donation is £10 a half hour session and £20 for an hour. Book early to avoid disappointment....

Last year, Sara Lee Trust launched the annual Hastings and Rother Therapy Month to help fund essential care and to raise awareness of how counselling and therapy can improve lives by having a positive impact on health and well-being. Hastings Holisitcs are proud to say they participated and raised funds for the Sara Lee Trust.
Therapy Month raised over £4,000, thanks to the twenty two local counsellors, complementary therapists and organisations who kindly supported the campa...ign. There was a fantastic range of therapy sessions on offer with participating therapists and counsellors donating their fees in return for their client making a donation to the Trust.
Next March, Therapy Month will return and I would really like to help raise some more funds for the Sara Lee Trust. I have donated limited hours to 'donations' for the Sara Lee Trust, their suggested donation is £10 for half hour and £20 for an hour. Please book soon to avoid any disappointment....

So yesterday I handed in my VTCT Level 4 Life Limiting Diseases Portfolio and completed my final practical assessment. Due to my assessor being wonderful, she had already passed on some of my coursework from throughout the year and the feedback from the External Verifier was that the research and essays were 'to a very high standard'. My Assessor sees no issues with the work handed in yesterday so she will be carrying a final check, then requesting my official verification and my certificate :D Course Number 2 of 3 very soon completed!!!! :D

Today I had a lovely neck,shoulder and back massage...Tracy was very thorough and a lovely lady,cant wait to go back and have some Reki. Please go and have some treatments with her you won't be disappointed.

Professional and calm, I enjoyed my back, shoulder and neck massage very much! Also had some neck 'manipulation' (the only way I can describe it!) to ease my creaky, cracking neck, and it feels great:-) have already booked another two appointments and can't wait to go back:-)

I haven't had a facial treatment for years and was really pleased when Tracy added it to her growing business. It was amazing! Tracy loves what she does and it shows in the care she gives you while you are with her, for that far too short a time (I didn't want it to end!) I was made to feel special. Something we all need at times. Thank you Tracy, I cannot wait to come back.

I have never had such a relaxing half hour in my life. Tracy was so professional kind and caring and made me so at ease before and after my treatment . I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

I have had many treatments from this multi talented lady. she is so welcoming and puts you at ease with her warm, friendly manner. Everything I've had done has been excellent. I visit as often as I can and can highly recommend to everyone x

I have had many different treatments including non surgical face lift massages, Reiki, back neck and shoulder massage and full body massage but just lately I've been having the hot stones back neck and shoulders - sheer magic. Tracy is s natural with a truly healing touch and so calm that I leave feeling relaxed and so restored.



My 18 year old son had some Bowen treatments for a sore shoulder which really helped and is now also going for regular massages as and when he needs them.

I had a natural face lift massage today with Tracy and was so relaxed I'm sure I fell asleep on the couch. It made my face glow and even my husband noticed and said there was something different about me! Can highly recommend these lovely treats.

I go for Bowen Therapy and Tracy has really helped to relive my pain. I would definitely recommend anyone with chronic pain try it.
