Very odd set up. Young girl showed me a car I was interested in but didn't know much about it at all. Disappointing really.

Highly recommended! Haven Cars (Mandi) are professional and quick to help. Kept in touch with me the whole way through the purchase. Great range of cars, would defiantly recommend to friend and family!

This car seller is the worst you can find in Edinburgh, after taking my car to the MOT , they found out lot of issues for the cost of £1025, he hid all these problems. If you are lucky you might buy a car with no problems but DON'T TRUST THIS PERSON AT ALL. You better get the car checked before buying it. He push you to write a good review as soon as you buy the car and before you find any problem, so probably most of the reviews are not very realistic, VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, HE DOESN'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS.

Compared to the other places we visited, Mandi and Haven Cars were a breath of fresh air - attentive professional and open. The car was immaculate and in great condition for its age. Would recommend and will use it again

I found my new car on Autotrader, it was the exactly the spec I was looking for but 400 miles away from me. I called Mandi (owner of Haven Cars) to chat about the car and he assured me that it was worth me flying to Edinburgh (from Southampton), he was not wrong! I put my trust in Mandi and he delivered beyond expectations. The car is perfect and the service was second to none! Not to mention the price. I thoroughly recommend Haven Cars regardless of where you are in the UK.

Saw car advertised list price for 1499 on Autotrader. I went down to view car... upon viewing I'm asked "do you know the price of the car"- yes well I do its £1499 as advertised. He proceeded to tell me that £1499 was the "starting price" and that the car was £1695.

This was above my budget and I would not have travelled an hour to view the car had he stated actual price on the list price. This is not only illegal false advertising but also against Autotrader seller policy.

Part exchanged my car with Haven car sales. Mandi agreed to show me cars without an appointment and handed me the key of the Car (2009 ford focus estate) I liked within couple of hrs. He offered a good price for my 2005 vauxhall corsa, which had run out of MOT. I faced an issue with the car as the service light came up very next day however Mandi was very helpful and offered to check this immediately (after 6 PM on a Sunday) and also arranged for an inspection next Morning at a Garage, a truly fantastic service. It's been just three days but so far the Car has been running great. A 5 for the post sale service. Mandi has also offered a fresh MOT which will be done later this week or early next week. One can offer this type of service only when he certain of the quality of the product he is selling. I am yet to receive the remaining paper work, but I am quite positive that everything will be fantastic. Will post further updates when I get the MOT done and receive the full paper work for both the cars. – Ashutosh, Edinburgh
Note: Haven car sales had good range of small to big cars in excellent condition with finance and warranty, however Mandi prefers to deal with prior appointment.

It was a pleasure doing business. Car was a good price and immaculate. Service was great. Read the reviews before i saw the car in the flesh. Based on that i paid a deposit before i'd seen the vehicle. I wasn't disappointed.
