Lovely place lots for the little ones too do and great fun for the whole family
The restaurant is filthy not enough staff clearing tables I blame management. Tables always full of dirty plates so unorganized. But apart from that it's very good.
Lovely site, very clean and we've really enjoyed our visit. The pool is great as are the activities. It's a bit smaller than some of the others we've been to but I think that makes it better as it's a little quieter. Beach is lovely and good for checking the rock pools. We'd definitely come again.
I would thoroughly recommend set on sands holiday park. My 8yr old daughter and i , enjoyed our weeks holiday ( 1st visit to scotland ) immensely. So much so; that we would love to return at some point, and would even consider moving permanently to this beautiful, friendly part of the country, complete with its own sandy beach x
Transport links are ( although long), are extremely reliable , and extremely reasonable.
My only comment would be; that to fully appreciate all that scotland beholds; that a two to three week holiday would be very beneficial to those who would want to explore further afield.
Set on sands itself, I cannot fault at all, friendly, hospitable and very accommodating to those seeking a home from home environment, whilst enjoying a pleasurable holiday 😁
