Competing in major camptionships such as the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, The Commonwealth Games, The World Cross country Championships and a recent bronze medal in The European Cross Country Championships as well a Scottish Half Marathon record- Derek and Callum will share you their breadth of training expertise that has been tried and tested by themselves.
