The hazel dean guests house was very good staff polite and courteous accommodation very clean and tidy will use again no problem

Great place for stop over in Perth. Very good breakfast.

Good clean rooms, decent WiFi. Walkable distance to city centre. Even has a mini fridge. The people are nice. There's good breakfast with fresh fruits and full Scottish breakfast. It's next to a busy road which might cause some noise, think there's also a train going by once every hour, you can even feel that. Overall a great place to stay in Perth if you don't mind having to walk a bit to get to the city centre.
