60 or 90 minute treatments offered within a comfortable calm space in a private studio in Cupar by prior appointment. Evening & weekend sessions may be arranged. The first 90 minute visit includes a consultation.

Soft tissue techniques are used for their specific effect on muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia, with care and sensitivity, guided by an initial consultation, necessary physical assessment, and your feedback.

In the consultation on your first visit, you are asked to fill in a short form to check relevant medical history; then the nature of your problem, effects, possible contributory factors and what you want from the treatment is briefly discussed, followed by a physical assessment to help identify how particular physical structures may be involved so that treatment can be safely targeted to your problem.

Exercise, posture, relaxation or pain management advice may also be suggested helping you to take a proactive approach to your health and well-being.

For relaxation or with certain conditions, treatments using classic moves and gentle mobilisations of Swedish Massage may be offered rather than deeper myofascial, neuromuscular and soft tissue techniques.
