Heads Up Scotland

We offer a variety of workshops based on cognitive-behavioural, interpersonal, motivational-enhancement and solution-focussed models. All workshops are delivered by qualified, regulated and experienced clinicians with extensive experience within the field of mental health. The range of workshops delivered are designed to not only prevent the development of common mental health problems but also support people who have already developed mental health problems impacting on their work and personal lives.
