Reflexology uses gentle pressure on the feet and hands to help stimulate healing in all areas of the body. I trained with the College of Holistic Medicine, in Glasgow, and worked in Newcastle upon Tyne before moving to North East Scotland. I have over 20 years' experience as a holistic practitioner, having also trained and worked as a Yoga teacher, massage therapist, aromatherapist and healer. I now focus solely on Reflexology because I have found it to be effective in treating many areas, physical, mental and emotional. I have recently relocated to the North East of England, near Corbridge in the Tyne Valley.
